While we intend to have an official photographer, we are also allowing individuals to upload their photos, if they wish to share them with other attendees.
This option can be launched from the Upload My Photos option in the Photographs menu or
the My Photographs option in the My Account menu.
You will initially see a list of categories for which you have already uploaded photos. The blue [View] button will display them and the green [Upload] button will display the upload page.
You select the category from the drop down.
You can also edit the description for your photos in this category.
Click on the Browse button to select the photos to upload.
[Submit] will save the description and upload the selected image files to that category, creating the category, if required. A message will display the files uploaded.
You can do repeat uploads, changing to a different category if required.
Click on the red [Finished] button to display a list of your categories or the aqua [View Photos] button to display the photos for the selected category.
Note that you should resize the images to fit on a computer screen, say no mare than 2000 pixels for the larger side, before uploading.
You can probably upload 10 - 20 images at a time but if you select too many or they are too big, then you will get an error message. You should then retry with fewer images.
In the View Photos option, you can again update your description and perform some block actions on your photos.
The photos should be numbered sequentially from 1. If they are not, they can be Re-indexed.
You can perform a block move, if ,for example, you uploaded them in the wrong order. Enter the start and end numbers for the block and the target photo. The photos will be moved before the target number. To move to the end put 999 as the target.
You can also reverse the order for a block of photos by entering the start and end numbers. Putting 1 and 999 will reverse the order of the entire set of photos.
Finally you can delete a block of photos. Individual photos can be deleted using the [x] button
